Your Career AssessmentThe PipelineNC Career assessment is a two-part assessment that will evaluate your interests and skills. After taking the assessment, PipelineNC will be able to give you a recommended list of career paths and ways to view information about each career. The interest portion of the assessment will look at the RIASEC theory. The theory, written by Holland, covers six broad areas of the work place environment. These areas are:  Realistic  Investigative  Artistic  Social  Enterprising  Conventional The skills portion of the assessment will take a look at your skills in the workplace. Afterwards, PipelineNC will return a list of careers so that you can get started on planning your career. Please note that your interests may change over time and that assessment results are only to assist you with your career planning. Assessment Details
How long will the assessment take?
The assessment will take you about 5-10 minutes to complete. 
How many questions are there?
The assessment is made up of only 14 questions. 
Why should I take the assessment?
Taking the assessment will help show you a list of recommended careers that may fit your personal interest and/or skills.
